On night time bike rides around London I’ve been taking the camera out.
I’ve never seen (and possibly never will again) the city like this. Very few people and very little traffic mean the structures and spaces of the city are made very plain to view.
The experience of riding around just looking is simultaneously exciting and meditative, eerie yet familiar — uncanny.
